Full Service Booking & Design Process
$5K Minimum
Initial Consultation + Estimate + Floral Design Concept
- Submit Details: Wedding Details
- Schedule Consultation: Book your one-on-one virtual consultation.
- Review Documents: Review your estimate and contract.
- Request Revisions: Email any changes to the estimate, if needed.
- Sign & Pay: Sign the contract, accept the estimate, and pay the retainer online to secure your date.
- Receive Design Concept: Get a floral design concept tailored to your vision.
- Plan Final Consultation: We’ll contact you six weeks before your wedding to schedule the final design consultation.
Final Design Consultation + Wedding Day
- Refine Vision: We’ll finalize your floral preferences, color palette, and logistics.
- Confirm Designs: Review and approve designs, then submit final payment.
- Source Blooms: We’ll purchase seasonal blooms in your unique color palette.
- Create Designs: Create custom floral designs the week of your wedding.
- Deliver & Set Up: On your wedding day, we’ll deliver bouquets, flower crowns, corsages, and pin boutonnieres, plus create custom on-site installations.
- Cleanup: After the event, we’ll handle floral breakdown and cleanup.
Elopement + Local Pick Up Packages
$5K & Under
This is the perfect solution for couples getting married in Northern Colorado and looking to spend less than $5,000 while still enjoying our lush floral creations!
Logistics & Rentals
We recommend coordinating with a friend or family member to pick up your floral designs at our North Fort Collins studio. We’ll send a link to schedule a convenient time, ideally the morning of your wedding for maximum freshness. Use an enclosed vehicle SUV or van during transit, as flowers must travel indoors (not in a pick-up truck bed). Vases are available for purchase or rent; generally rentals must be returned within 48 hours of your wedding.
